We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in the beautiful woodlands of Sweden, it provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Despite being slightly outside the center of the city, it was still close to everything we needed, including Lugnet stadium. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent service room service, dry cleaning, and 24-hour room service. The room itself was well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. We also enjoyed the outdoor terrace, which offered a great space to relax and unwind.

Staff were extremely helpful, for example booking our next hotel for us by phone when we were unable to use the internet booking system. Breakfast was excellent too and the hotel was a short footbridge from the centre of town.

Wi-Fi in the room would have been nice, especially if one person hogs the courtesy pc in the lobby.

The hotel facilities were great, especially the planetarium inside. We loved that the breakfast had a lot of options and also gluten-free and lactose-free options.
